The cycle path stretches 117km and has a smooth tarmac surface using the foundations of the old railway and haulage paths.
Facilities are available all along the itinerary (car parks with disables access, toilets, water, picnic areas, shelters, benches, bicycle parks, cycle and rollerskate hire, skate-parks…)
24 cycle routes following small roads with less than 1,000 vehicles per day are indicated from the voie verte offering the chance to appreciate local life, crafts and the culture of South Burgundy
